Wrote this last night or rather today morning after realising that it is already 4.30 am :)
SLEEPLESS
The stars are staring back at me
As I too watch them wakefully
Dreams sound a thing of past tonight
All that is real, is a beautiful night
A smile spreads across my lips
As a loving thought yet again peeps
Bringing forth some forgotten trivia
I may call it "love", he calls it insomnia. ;)

Hmm, the rhymes are .. perhaps instantaneous but not random I think ... Reminds me of your string of 8 liners at one point of time .... a nice - simple thought ... effortlessly put into fluent words!...
and ofcourse .. Moon can only see the stars and not itself :D .... for then it would know why r they staring :D ... btw it's also nice to c tht insomnia brings you smile n loving thoughts :P ... Sleepless (as in seattle?? :D)

yeah i am 'still' writing some of the posts here and there but not with much enthu now... coz i have lost most of my readers (log bade busy ho gaye hain ab :) )... and sure no problem for adding my blog's link thr... hope some more ppl will read it now :)... anyways keep writing gud poems
